By completing the online form and registering for the SkyRun competition, the name, competition category (by gender and age), city, competition number of each participant will appear in the official list of participants and in the list/ranking of people who completed the race (with the time related), on the official website.

We use your relevant personal data in order to maintain our contractual relationship with our contractual partner. In this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest to ensure the proper management of the contractual relationship.

Personal data is stored for processing for the duration necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above and thereafter according to the requirements of our internal policies and in accordance with legal requirements.
